My role at the museum is to make sure others can do their best work, this helps ensure that guests have the best experience possible. The National Postal Museum is a wonderful place to work as it evokes and promotes collecting and focuses on object-based learning, bringing a unique and intimate approach to lifelong learning.

Interests: Cinema, Ice Hockey, slow cooking, really good design, engaging museums, and dogs of all kinds.

Favorite museum objects: Moon Mail, Door Knockers, Joint issue stamps and the fabulous Postal Square Building itself.

What I like best about working at the National Postal Museum: What I like best about working at the National Postal Museum is the boundless interest in history and great stories that our visitors and volunteers have. I learn more about people working at the visitor’s desk than I do anywhere else. I especially like guests who engage with us, tell us a bit about their journey in finding our museum and then thank us when we manage to feed their fire. Passion is truly contagious!
