Work was Fun
Postal Families
We had coffee pots and pastries, and we were like a little family. We would organize trips, go to New York to see plays and stuff like that, and we had bowling leagues and we were like a family. We would laugh at jokes, and as the years went by the people changed and it’s not fun anymore. The people got selfish and the atmosphere really changed. But back then, we used to have a good time because I never took off. Like I said, it was fun, and the older people, I learned from them. We had a lot of fun and did a lot of things together. We organized trips and things like that and it wasn’t bad coming to work, but now, it’s an effort.
