First Day On the Job
When I went to this orientation, I was amazed about the procedures they went through. They briefed us on all of the benefits and stuff, and then this little guy came in with a book like 2 inches thick (or 3), and started talking to me about rights and duties, and that was the collective bargaining agreement. I guess for me, I had never worked in a place where I had rights, back in my family business and the Army, you don’t have that many rights, you have to obey orders, so that was something that I’m never going to forget, my first day on my job.
