Maseru, King and Queen at Pitso, 1947. Photographic image of King George VI, in uniform standing on a covered stage with his royal family and other attendants. A native Sotho man, probably leader is walking up to the stage to greet the king. He is wearing a fur blanket around him. There are several people in the audience watching. This is during the royal visit to Lesotho. Photograph by Constance Stuart Larrabee, 1947.
