Littlefield, Acting Curator of Iconography, received 10-20-69 states: "Permission is granted to include the negative 'The Trial of Red Jacket' on your list of photographs, but we would prefer that credit lines and requests for reproduction be handled through us." Prints will therefore not be distributed by the NAA and requests are to be directed to the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society.
