Duck Stamps Cinderella Stamp

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service issues a federal duck stamp every year to validate duck hunting licenses. Though sold at post offices, these are tax stamps with no postal value. Unlike modern U.S. postage stamps, all of which have designs commissioned by the Postal Service, duck stamp designs are chosen in a competition open to all artists who wish to submit their work.
