What the Well Dressed Carrier Wears

Letter carriers have always been easy to recognize by their uniforms. But those blue-gray, now blue, uniforms are not the only pieces of clothing that make the carrier. Through history, postal employees have sometimes needed a little bit extra to make sure they make it through that snow, rain, heat or gloom of night.
