A small Ukrainian town in the Volhynia region, Shatsk issued stamps from 1871-1916. The first issue was lithographed, with a flat-headed number “3” and no ornamental line underneath the “3”. There are less than thirteen known copies.

Malmyzh issued stamps from 1869-1897. The first, 2k brick-red issue with the side inscriptions almost reaching the bottom inner frame line, is extremely rare.
