About the Exhibition

The War Letters: Lost & Found exhibit drew from the collection of The Legacy Project for an intimate look at ten wartime letters and postcards. The missives originated from different people, events, and experiences, but all shared similarly amazing paths to being found and preserved for posterity.

This exhibition was presented by the National Postal Museum in partnership with The Legacy Project.

Exhibition dates: November 11, 2005 – November 13, 2006
