They need to make sure the supervisors are more people oriented. This was one of the things, as a union official, I was trying to relate to them, that the people know what the job is and they know how to do it, but by harassing them sometimes they can delay the mailing and that’s not good for the people. I talked to them about the window clerks when they reduced the window clerks. I didn’t see any reason for them to reduce the window clerks because they satisfy the customers and customers don’t like standing in line and this was never relayed over, they just closed some of the offices up.
