Registered mail was supposed to be in an individual pouch, and this guy, great, really nice man, big and strong tall guy, he dumped this out and a registered mail fell out and he picked it up and asked the guy that was running the place (we called him Chief because he was a retired Navy Chief ), he said, ‘Chief, what does cremated mean?’ And Chief says, ‘that’s a dead body.’
