Wores (ca. 1859-1929, a Tucson, Arizona, metallurgist and assayer); sent by Charles Wores for inclusion in the Arizona section of the North, Central and South American Exposition held in New Orleans in 1885-1886 (and potentially also its predecessor exposition held in 1884-1885); given by Charles Wores to Dr. Joseph L. Jones (1833-1896, New Orleans, Louisiana) at the close of the exposition in 1886; purchased by George Heye from Dr. Jones's widow, Susan Polk Jones (1842-1921), in 1906.
