Object Details
- Description (Brief)
- Represents the first transistors produced by TI. These units used germanium processed by TI. Cylindrical metal can with green rubber sleeve. Two electrodes, one straight, the other offset. No extant markings. Small quantities of these devices were built and sold for use by engineers doing circuit investigation and development.
