- Collected for USNM in 1966 by Michael Kincaid Davis. Listed in Davis ms as: Shoe lace thin, style preferred by elderly women according to Mrs. John Wing Murdock. Perhaps similar to copper wire bracelets worn by elderly women during last half of 19th century. Purchased at N.B. Moore, Mohawk Lodge, Clinton, Oklahoma for $1.50. Made by Homer Lumpmouth (Arapaho, Clinton, Oklahoma) in early 1960s. Possibly a pawn item.
