- Scotland, South Dakota Owney tag
Scotland, South Dakota Owney tag
Object Details
- Description
- The design of this oval-shaped, metal tag is relatively common among the Owney tags. This one was presented by A. E. Parmenter of Dakota Valley Mills in Scotland, South Dakota. And although the tag is marked” Scotland P.O. 1883” on one side, the date March 17, 1897, reflects when it was given to Owney.
