- The design of this oval-shaped, metal tag is relatively common among the Owney tags. This tag was given to Owney by Ralph Pearson, who listed his address on the tag as 28 Warren Street, Manchester, New Hampshire. Pearson drew a star in a circle on the back side of the tag. There is no available information to indicate when Pearson gave Owney this tag.
