Luggage Owney tag
Object Details
- Description
- In addition to hundreds of metal tokens, Owney received some leather baggage tags. The tag is in relatively good condition, but the owner’s identification information is missing from the “window” cut into one side of the tag. Without it, there is nothing to indicate who gave the tag to Owney, or when and where it was given to the dog.
