Third Division RMS Washington, D.C. Owney tag
- Postal employees under the direction of Charles W. Vickery, Third Division Superintendent of the Railway Mail Service, presented this token to Owney on April 18, 1892. The token, cut in the shape of a postal badge, celebrates the link between the Railway Mail Service and their canine mascot.
