- Description
- Postcard produced in the USA. World War I. Front has a banner reading, "Here's to the boys, our heroes, welcome home," and a color illustration of Uncle Sam taking his hat off in recognition of the marching troops in the background. The opposite side has a return address from Private Harry H. Groh and is addressed to Mr. Thomas H. Groh, Leslie, Michigan. Frank printed: "No Stamp Required if Name and Organization is Placed In Upper Left Corner." Postmarked "Received from Army, Bordeaux, February 13, 1919."
