Roosevelt / The White House / 1939" on title page; the album has two pages for mounting stamps--1st page has Polish commemorative issue in a block of 4 with cancel, 2nd page is missing its stamps; there is also a cut out page inserted in the album containing the Polish block of 4 without a cancel; from the FDR collection auction
