- red presentation album from Poland with title inscribed in gold in Polish and English "Republic of Poland / Ministery of Post and Telegraph;" commemorating the 150th anniversary of the United States Constitution; signed "Franklin D. Roosevelt / The White House / 1939" on title page; the album has two pages for mounting stamps--1st page has Polish commemorative issue in a block of 4 with cancel, 2nd page is missing its stamps; there is also a cut out page inserted in the album containing the Polish block of 4 without a cancel; from the FDR collection auction
