- This U.S. Frigate Constitution Issue stamp depicts a naval architect's drawing of the frigate Constitution and two canons. It commemorates the 150th anniversary of the launching of the USS Consitution, also known as "Old Ironsides." The USS Constitution is world's oldest commissioned naval vessel afloat.
