- This 4-H Club Issue stamp honoring the 4-H Club, a youth organization created by the United States Department of Agriculture. The name represents the four areas of focus of the organization: head, heart, hands and health. The stamp features an image of a farm, the organization logo (a four-leaf clover with a H on each leaf), the organization’s motto (“To Make The Best Better”) and a boy and girl.
