- Description
- This rubber stamp was used to commemorate the 300th anniversary of Connecticut's founding as well as the 16th anniversary of Neil Armstrong's 1969 moon walk. An imprint from this rubber stamp is called a 'cachet'. It was designed for private use on covers posted at the American Festival postal station, Meriden, Connecticut.
