- Description
- Embroidered patch for application on uniform sleeves features the Post Office Department’s horse and rider seal in white on a blue background with a maroon border. As of February 1965, the left-facing horse and rider design in a blue field replaced the 1956-1965 patch with a right-facing design on a maroon field.
