- U.S. Post Office Department clerk badge, number 2436, with vertical hinged pin and clasp on verso. Shield design with upper portion marked "UNITED STATES"; lower portion inscribed "POSTAL EMPLOYEE". Numerical figures positioned in center of medallion. This badge was found loose in the mails at the New York City post office.
