- This wrapper (outer covering of a package) has as its postage all 16 commemorative stamps (USA Scott 230--245) issued in conjunction with the World's Columbian Exposition held in Chicago, Illinois, in 1893. The wrapper was postmarked at Crow Wing, Minnesota, on May 18, 1893, transiting Chicago, Illinois, to the addressee in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
