- Description
- The Postal Service issued its 29-cent Numismatics commemorative stamp on August 13, 1991, in conjunction with the centennial convention of the American Numismatic Association (ANA) in Rosemont, Illinois. The first day of issue postmark showed "Chicago, IL 60607," recognizing the fact that the ANA held its first convention in Chicago.
- Designed by V. Jack Ruther, the stamps were printed in the intaglio/offset process by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
