- Description
- The 15-cent Endangered Flora commemorative stamps were first placed on sale at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 7, 1979. The block of stamps shows four of the more than 1,700 plant species in the United States seriously threatened at the time of issue.
- The stamps were designed by Frank J. Waslick and were issued in sheets of fifty.
