- Description
- Four 18-cent Flower commemorative stamps were issued in Fort Valley, Georgia, on April 23, 1981. The block of four stamps features a camellia, a dahlia, a lily, and a red rose. The stamps in sheets of forty-eight were printed on the photogravure press and designed by Lowell Nesbitt.
