- Description
- The US Postal Service issued a 20-stamp booklet of 29-cent commemorative stamps on May 15, 1993, in Spokane, Washington. The stamps feature five dazzling spring flowers -- iris, tulip, daffodil, hyacinth and lilac.
- Designed by artist Ned Seidler of Hampton Bay, New York, the stamps were produced in the offset/intaglio process by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
