- This unused 13-cent Hawaiian Missionary with "Hawaiian Postage" is type II - note the position of the "P" in Postage is directly below the "H" in Hawaiian. Thirteen cents paid for the rate to the United States east coast: 5 cents Hawaiian postage plus 2 cents ship fee plus six cents transcontinental U.S. postage.
