- U.S. Post Office Department City Delivery Service cap badge, number 109, with vertical hinged pin and clasp on verso. Circular medallion with backward horse and rider. Upper portion bears numerical figure on raised crest; lower portion inscribed "P.O.D. CLEVELAND OHIO."
- This badge was worn by a Cleveland letter carrier or clerk during the early twentieth century.
