- Description
- The new 5-cent stamps have been delivered to Cyrus Powers. The printing plate has been packaged with the seals of the contractor and with Brady's seal, a copy of which is attached to the letter. The plate has been delivered to the Assistant Treasurer of the United States, subject to further orders of the postmaster general.
