- Description
- The Postal Service issued a 32-cent Flag Over Porch stamp in a booklet of 10, a booklet of 20, a pane of 100, and coils of 100, 500, 3,000, and 10,000, on May 19, 1995 in Denver, Colorado. The stamp was designed by Dave LaFleur of Derby, Kansas.
- The stamps were released in numerous formats in 1995 and 1996. They were printed by three separate printers, The Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Avery Dennison, and Stamp Ventures Inc. The April 18, 1995 issue was the first self-adhesive issue with simulated-perf die cuts. When separated from the booklet sheetlet, a stamp's interior edges will appear perforated.
