- Description
- The Postal Service issued a 20-stamp booklet of 32-cent Fall Garden Flowers commemorative stamps on September 19, 1995, in Encinitas, California. Designed by Ned Seidler of Hampton Bays, New York, the stamps feature five colorful fall garden flowers: aster, chrysanthemum, dahlia, hydrangea, and rudbeckia.
- The Fall Garden Flowers stamp booklet went on sale nationwide on September 20. The stamps were produced by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in the offset/intaglio process.
