- Description
- The 15-cent Indian Masks commemorative stamps were first placed on sale at Spokane, Washington, on September 25, 1980. The block of four semi-jumbo stamps featured different carved masks, each representing the craftsmanship of tribes in the Pacific Northwest costal region.
- The stamps were designed by Bradbury Thompson and were issued in sheets of forty.
