- The 33-cent Classroom Flag definitive Automated Teller Machine (ATM) stamp was issued in Cleveland, Ohio, on March 13, 1999. The Classroom Flag stamp was designed by Richard Sheaff of Scottsdale, Arizona, and illustrated by Hiro Kimura of Brooklyn, New York.
- 306 million stamps were printed by Avery Dennison in the gravure process.
