- Description
- The 33-cent City Flag definitive stamp was issued on February 25, 1999, in Orlando, Florida. The stamps were illustrated and designed by Richard Sheaff of Scottsdale, Arizona.
- The stamps were issued in sheet, coil and booklet form and were printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and Avery Dennison.
