- The Liberty Bell, as an abiding symbol of Freedom from the American Revolution, is central to this cachet by Jacques Minkus. This serviceman's cover, sent under Free Franking, has been passed by an Army examiner. It was mailed from APO 681 (376th Bomber Group, Benghazi) but was postmarked U. S.
