- "Freedom And Liberty Will Be Restored To Greece"
- The flags of the United States and Greece are suspended in unity above the Parthenon in the city of Athens. A colorful patriotic label seals the back flap on this cover citing: We shall be free again ... Together to victory ... Czechoslovakia ... Britannia 1942 ... Canada. A lion rampant, spread eagle, and standing bear surround the central image -- the head of a helmeted soldier.
- Postmarked South Saint Paul, Minnesota, February 15, 1944. A three-cent United States Scott 905 is affixed. The cachet was published by Walter Poppenger of Akron, Ohio.
