- "On To Victory For Liberty!"
- The Statue of Liberty reaches skyward as the American eagle and fighter planes fly for Victory. A United States one-cent Scott 899 and two-cent Scott 900 are tied to this cover with the boxed slogan Buy War Savings Bonds and Stamps. Postmarked Louisville, Kentucky, May 27, 1943. There is one letter (2002.2035.279.2) associated with this cover. The cachet is copyright 1942 by Jacques Minkus.
