- Patrick Henry's words continue to ring out in this cachet depicting the Statue of Liberty, the Flag, and the V for Victory. A three-cent United States Scott 721 is tied to this cover with the boxed slogan Buy Defense Savings Bonds and Stamps. Postmarked Chicago, Illinois, October 4, 1941. The reverse side has a large label promoting International Philatelic Week, November 9 to 15, 1941. This cachet with a 1940 copyright was designed by Jacques Minkus of New York City.
