- This serviceman's cover was sent under Free Franking from the U. S. Army's Pittsbury R. P. Depot, Pittsbury, California. The cover was never postmarked. The acute angles of Uncle Sam form a visual V for Victory in this cachet by Richard P. Boone of Wilmington, North Carolina.
