- The cover was sent under Free Franking by a member of the 10th Army Air Force Band stationed at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri, on March 25, 1943. In the upper right corner, the envelope manufacturer Linprint, Inc. (George W. Linn) of Columbus, Ohio, has cited this design as No. 206 of their patriotic envelope series.
