- CSA 10-cent Jefferson Davis (CSA Scott 11), tied by Richmond, Virginia, March 1 (1864), date stamp on yellow envelope addressed to William Cabell Rives, a member of the Confederate Congress. Rives had previously served in the United States Senate and the House of Representatives. He had also served as Ambassador to France.
