- CSA 1-cent John C. Calhoun. Imperforate, engraved in relief on steel, electrotyped, and flat bed printed by Thomas De La Rue & Co., Ltd., London. Delivered in half sheets of two hundred. F. Joubert engraved the portrait of Calhoun. The 1-cent value was never issued, and thus no genuinely used copies exist.
