- This is a State of Tennessee resident hunting and fishing license with USA Scott RW18 affixed. The license, number 31608, was issued to John Sullivan of Nashville. One side of the card contains applicant information for Mr. Sullivan and includes the date and his signature as well as the signature of the issuing agent, Mrs. Brents Mathis. The other side contains general reminders for hunters about carrying and using the permit and the stamp is affixed over this printing. The stamp is signed by John Sullivan.
