- Description
- This is an example of unauthorized use of Federal Form 3333, Federal Migratory-Bird Hunting Certificate and Stamp. The form was to be used with RW 1 only, but in this situation it was used with RW4. Dated August 28, 1937, it was postmarked at Seldovia, Territory of Alaska. Postmaster Susan English signed the front, and purchaser Lillie Koch signed the reverse. The last known use of Federal Form 3333 occurred in 1955 at Hyder, Alaska.
