- Description
- This cover was damaged in a pneumatic tube mail accident in Boston, Massachusetts, and has an apology label applied on back. Two cancelled postage stamps remain; there had been a third as evident from a partial postmark and the absence of dirt and stains resulting from the transportation mishap.
