- Ohio unused error General Election Absentee Ballot packet consisting of instruction Sheet, General Election Absentee Ballot, Identification Envelope with address digitally redacted, and Return Envelope. Franklin County, Ohio, election officials mistakenly sent the wrong ballots to 50,000 voters at the beginning of mail-in voting period in the 2020 election. The incorrect ballots were for a precinct other than that in which the recipient was registered.
